To book a unit please visit Airbnb, Expedia, or Booking.com. We find giving our guests multiple options makes it easier for them to find the prefect accommodation of their needs. 

Before each stay we provide our guest comprehensive instructions on checking in and out, parking, house rules, WIFI, and much more. Here at ONpoint Properties we ask our guests to:

Check in:  at 3 pm

Check out:  at 11 am

Due to Covid-19, we ask our guests to complete a self check-in. Before each reservation begins, we provide our guests instructions which outline our house rules, the checking and checkout process, and much more.  After the payment process is completed, and the reservation begins, guests will receive a door code which can be used to check-in to the unit.

Our goal is to maintain a high quality, clean, and safe environment for all our guests.

The property service fee is a third party cleaning fee for washing all towels and linens, cleaning the floors, appliances,  bathrooms, and sanitizing all surfaces. Additionally, it includes costs associated with soap refills: hand soap, bodywash, shampoo, dishwasher pucks, etc.

Unfortunately,  we are unable to provide early check-ins as the cleaning staff need to sanitize, wash and dry the linens before guests arrive at the unit at 3PM. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide late check-outs as the unit could be booked on the checkout date, and the cleaning staff need the 4 hours to sanitize, wash and dry the linens before the next guest checks in at 3PM. 

To ensure the unit is available, we recommend extending the stay for another night so that the unit cannot be booked that day. Then, guests may checkout at any time before the next morning at 11AM. We hope you have a wonderful stay and apologies for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, due to the close proximity to neighbours and the smaller sizes of the units, we do not allow parties and group gatherings. These gatherings can create an excessive amount of noise. In the past, neighbours have contacted the authorities, and we would very much appreciate avoiding these incidents in the future.

If you would still like to proceed with your booking, please note any damages or additional cleaning incurred during your stay will be added to your booking fees as per your booking channel  policy.

As per our policy on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia. ONpoint Properties is a pet-free, smoke-free hypoallergenic accommodation. 

If you would still like to bring your pet, we would be willing to accommodate you however please note an automatic $150 fee will incur to your reservation  for the disinfecting process.

If you are looking to cancel your reservation,  please note that you must inform both ONpoint Properties and your booking channel before your reservation begins. We do not offer refunds if the reservation has begun, or past the reservation dates. To claim a full refund please contact both parties before your stay. 

Please note that different booking channels have different cancellation policies:

Airbnb: For stays under 28 nights, you may cancel your reservation up to 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund; for stays longer than 28 nights, you may cancel up to 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Booking.com: you may cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Expedia/Vrbo: you may cancel up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

 Please use the designated parking area on each property. Please be advised that parking is not available at the Breithaupt property.

Additional vehicles may be parked on the property if needed. However, please note that space is very limited, and we ask that you park the vehicles one behind the other where possible. 

As per our listing details, the SmartTVs do not have cable. SmartTV allows you to use Netflix, YouTube, and browse the internet. Upon turning on the TV,  guests will be prompted to set their checkout time to ensure personal profiles are logged out upon checkout. 

INDOOR SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. NO cigarettes, NO Marijuana, NO vaping, NO shisha, NO e-cigarettes, or any forms of smoking devices indoors.  Failure to do so, could result in being escorted out of the property with no refund for smoke damages and additional cleaning fees.
